Daley's Week 14 in Review

What a fantastic week, I lost 4.4 pounds! I really did well this week sticking with my PointsPlus allowance as well as walking every night except for Tuesday. I also started to jog a little (very, very little) of my mile and it's getting me really excited at the thought of running again one day. Another small change that I think made a big difference was that I stopped eating anything 2-3 hours before bedtime. I have always been notorious for eating late and then going to sleep which is obviously no the ideal situation.

I can't wait to see what yet another week brings while implementing these new little ideas. I hope everyone has a fantastic week!
